Only one that's been able to stick with the program is Jet, but even then, he's only doing 50-60% of the program. With his genetics, and the right training, he could surpass me in a few months Good thing for me, he's lazy, and doesn't make many sacrifices
show got a good program.. if it was closer and a different time, i would do it.
show.. if your hours change, i would like to sign up unless im banned from dropping out

The thing with the diet is that you can give into SOME cravings, but when you do, it's up to you to have 5-6 M&M's or the whole bag. For Jet's genetics and the fact that he CAN run, he could've had a waaaay easier diet than me.
For you, it would need to be a meal every 2 1/2-3 hours. Breakfast within one hour of waking up. At least 20g's of protien in each meal, or every other meal. Small meals, and the first thing you look at is...
Sugar
What type of fats

In that order, but generally the sugar is the biggest killer. I don't eat anything with transfats anymore, just because it's a very bad fat for your body, and because mine can't break it down easily, but for many, it's the same way. I give up a lot now, but even cutting out transfat for 2 weeks has me a tad leaner already. It's also because the calories are not so high. I haven't had a double cheese burger in a month, and TOPDOWN loooooves double cheeses from McD's.
