I was just there late last year or earlier this year... whenever I feel I've bottled up too much stress or whatever I try to vent it out, good thing I my friend invited me paintballing again. It helped me out alot.

Thanks brothas, that's why I try to be as patient and nice as I can. Just gonna hopefully get it out of my system today in the gym. All that therapy before helped, but I can't get my emotions down right all the time.
