No sick girls, but when working chest, you have to utilize it to lift and not so much with the arms. Sleeping was weird on Wednesday because I layed on a pillow that was too dense and could possibly have tossed at night causing that. I'm thinking that you're right because if I stretch my arm back in certain ways, I can breathe, but at some angles it hurts
