Only one I encountered in person that looks similar to this is that the patient was diabetic with complications. The hypodermis and Dermis was infected but the epidermis remained intact meaning no skin breaks... Then the client accidentally burned her skin causing a skin break and when I saw it ...

Looked really similar to that but the inside had some black parts already meaning no circulation. It smelled tooo...

Took a quick break and stepped outsite. Sebring Silver on some black with polished wheels, slammed with loud @ss exhaust flew by... I thought it was MAVERICK!!!
