That's good gains. I'm at 3 plates, but maintaining 190 during my cut. I fluctuate from 185-190, but want to keep as much mass as I can.

bummer you can't make it, i was looking at my planner and i have something fallin on that day as well but i'm trying to make things work out

that's my problem, i want to keep my mass but it's going away with all this cardio

i guess that's what i get for trying to lean and bulk at the same time

Fugg it, just sacrifice the mass cause it wont look good with the shirt off, only with it on. We'll both go on a bulk after Halloween and cut starting February
