Calves got a little more size, more definition, and my quads have more sweep now When I use to lift, i always saw it...peeps who were so lazy to work their legs but will lift hella. Always looked funny to me. I was always lazy to work my legs but lucky i always had basketball, volleyball, skateboarding, and dancing to work the legs
