I mean, why not just deposit a million dollars straight into campaign funds and be honest about what their organization is doing.

As much as I like Obama, this is a little strange -- he really hasn't done anything to further peace.

I will say that Obama's election fostered a fundamental shift in the global attitude toward America. Dare I say it improved the tone of international discourse in general.

I honestly think his election felt like it took the lid off a pressure cooker that was only building toward something dangerous.


Nonetheless, I agree it's a bit premature.
