I'm lookiong for PCH Cannyon/Mountain Drive that used to start on Sunday morning at 8:00 am front of VONS.

Is it still going on??



And is there any meets in Irvine or Tusitn and such in Orange County?

I have a buddy who also has a s2000.

I haven't updated the EOM (End of Month) Drive thread since our last drive (which was only about a week ago) but there is a drive that happens on the last Sunday of every month and we meet at the Vons parking lot in Pacific Palisades. Been doing it now, oh, I dunno, two years now I think. Perhaps someone else was doing one a long time ago that was every Sunday, but that would have to be before my time here. (Every Sunday would be way too expensive for me to organize with the cost of gas being what it is and all, so I do once a month.)

The EOM drive only starts at 8am during the summer months. All the info you want is in that thread. Updates get added to the first post in the thread so it's easy to find.

Im down, im from the original crew back when jason, darcy, alan, myself and afew other hardcore dudes would do it EVERY sunday like church! Im finally back in cali now and cant wait to get back to those morning canyon drives!

Actually, it was Jason, Allen and myself who started it up back in 2004. I still go up there, but I usually start from the SFV at 6:00 and I am back by 8:00.

Yikes! 6am is hardcore. *respects to ya man* I would have a hard time with that early myself. 'cept for the deer being active, that's probably a great time of day to be out there though (during the summer anyway... in the winter the sun wouldn't be up yet).
