Evasive Motorsports again offers one free alignment to ANY honda participating. Fastest lap time thru session 4 (about 11pm) determines finish position. Will be given out via quiz based off Evasive's blog, facebook, other Evasive media outlets.

Various large and small prizes still offered by Eibach. Eibach sway bar to series points leader of best 3 rounds.

Results from last month's event:


Group N - no aero
Aftermarket wing, splitter (flat external board) prohibited (NOT lips or spoilers, which have one unique location for installation)
Forced induction, K-swap in non-K chassis prohibited
Treadwear 140+ tires only
2 second handicap for either 201+ treadwear tire set or inferior engine (non-VTEC, single cam)

Group A - aero
Choose one of the three options below:
A: aftermarket wing (+ splitter)
B: treadwear rated below 99
C: forced induction

Group B - unlimited, no points

Best 3 of the 5 events count for series winner prizes from Eibach.
Points: 1st = 9, 2nd = 6, 3rd = 4, 4th = 3, 5th = 2, 6th and slower = 1
Bonus 1 point for personal best achieved in session 4.

How does this tie into the regular track event? Is this a separate group that runs in between the other groups?

All track attendees are put in color groups based on experience / lap pace, as normal. Any laps from your normal sessions 1-4 with transponder count for VTEC club. VTEC club is no additional cost, other than signing your name on the VTEC club sheet at event checkin and declaring what group you fit into.

Event is at 50% capacity, so there should be plenty of open space. Temperatures should drop to the upper 70's around sunset, which is about the time for the open time attack.

Are you automatically entered if you have a Honda or is there a special form to fill out. I signed up for the night event already (not like I'm putting down great times or anything).

There's a clipboard at the front desk to print your name. There's also the transponder station to register that you'll be in VTEC club (group N, A, B)

I was a disappointed with how unorganized this was. It was my first time and all you did was sign a clip board. No vouchers for the alignment were handed out or any other information.
