Eat like a champ for free. Here's how:

Find a kid who lives in the dorms and has a bunch of swipes left on their meal card. Befriend him/her. Gorge like a king.

I'm top down almost exlusively night only. There's no sun beating down, no need to wear sunglasses and overall it's just a more pleasant experience, IMO.

My relaxing night drive is usually Topanga Canyon Rd. from Ventura down to PCH and back (I live down the street in Woodland Hills on Ventura).

I just went out for a drive on Saturday night through the topanga canyons. Cept I have to start off from northridge. It was nice... although it was a bit foggy at parts, adding to a creepy effect, but it was a nice relaxing drive with the topdown. I bought the car to enjoy it, not just to commute from point A to B, but I find that I usually don't have time to fully enjoy it. This was a rare occasion and it was quite enjoyable. Helps to remind me why I bought this car. BTW, we both have suzuka AP2's, lol.

Just did Mulholland Dr. last night, had some nice twisties and great views. What sucks is that you can't stop at the view areas from 9PM-6AM, and I saw two cops roll a guy who was stopped. So, couldn't take any pics, but will do if I go earlier.
