A good day. No major mishaps, no tickets during the drive, and weather was pretty darned nice.

I'm a bit sunburned, but quite happy with the outcome!

Next EOQ should be on or near June 28. But we don't ink the date until we know we have enough lead drivers.

There is nothing stopping anyone else from organizing drives in between. There are plenty of really nice roads to choose from all over SoCal. Heck, there are several other roads in the Malibu area that aren't currently on the EOQ drive but which are plenty nice. We only skip some because of logistics (try getting 10 cars through a left turn light that only allows three at a time!).

It's a lot of fun to pull out a map, look for cool roads, then go explore them to see if they would be good for a group drive.

RMurphy, any chance I could check out the route you guys took? I noticed it isn't in the OP and that may be for a good reason, but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask.
