new valves, retainers and valve springs

i just got my new supertech valves, retainers and valve springs in and im wondering what i should pay for a quality shop to install them. im located in orange county and i have a shop or 2 in mind but suggestions are welcome, i just want to know what i should be paying for install, while still making sure they do a top notch job.

Joe alanis (sp?) is the master of all things head. do a "head work" search, it should come up, or PM "sideways" they are friends...

he was one of the shops i was considering but a few months back some people were saying he has slowed down business alot. but thanks for the info, im assuming hes back and things are running again.
