Default Need a suggestion.

I've just got a ticket few hours ago in "Hollyweerrrdd" for no front license plate. The thing is when I install a new bumper in the S, I forgot to mount the metal tap in the back of the bumper so i'll hold the screw for the license plate. Now what can I do? Take the bumper out again and mount the metal taps so i can hang the plate again. Or is there any other way of hanging the plate???
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Or just zip tie it on your grill until you get the ticket written off

What i did was take a bolt or screw and cut the thread off so all you have left is the head. Glue the head onto the lic plate where it would normally go. Then double side tape the plate to the car. Take the car to the CHP station to get the ticket written off and take the plate off again.
LoL, GENIUS. Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I guess I will do that if there's nothign else can be done. but.. i dont wanna waste 10 bucks for each ticket though. Is there another way for permanent mounting??

double stick tape or zip tie it, have it checked, then take it off...
