Default need some LA help...

who can recommend a nice, fairly cheap place to stay when i hit HIN on the 5th in LA? i'll be saying the night of the 4th and 5th, and i'm looking for a place that's on the very outskirts (let's say 30 mins away from the conv. center) of LA. some place where i won't be in town with limited parking to ensure i'll have a place to park both my truck and 20' trailer. i prefer it some place as i'm coming into LA from tucson (the east side ... I-10, is it?)

does anyone have some suggestions for me? i dont' need anything fancy, just something convenient.

Hes not going to HQ meet. Im staying at the Los Angeles Checkers Hilton on the 5th so that I can go to HIN. It is supposedly a few blocks from the LACC.
