Need some help finding a good place to eat in so. cal
I been trying to search for a good to great restaurant for a while now and can't realli trust websites for reviews. So where would you guys take a hot date to? I'm looking for a one of those fancy smancy places around this area or at least within 2 hours drive of here. So guys, where have you taken your ladies to wow them and ladies, where have you been to that has wow-ed you? I know this has nothing to do with the s2k, but I'll be driving it to the restaurant so that counts right?
so yeah, a name and addy of the place would be greatly appreciated, oh and thx in advanced for any responses

What do you consider fancy?
2 People priced between:
$50~$100
Claim Jumpers
Marie Calanders
Red Lobster
CheeseCake Factory
Just to name a few
$100~$200
Summit House
Stinky Rose
Lawry's
There are actually a ton of places I know how to get to but don't know the names. You will find a bunch of resturants at the City Walk and also at Downtown Disney. If you want to do something really special you can find a friend at Disney and make reservations at Club 55 in Disneyland...that one is really special...I love it there and go every few months with a few friends. I really like Lawry's in BH. Lone Star in LongBeach is nice. There are a bunch of resturante in BH and Newport Beach that I love. As you can tell I love to eat out and do so just about everyday. I actually don't like going out on the weekends because I don't like to wait in long lines so I go out on week days and cook on the weekends.
Good luck with your date!!!

Lawry's in Bevery Hills, its a great place. You PICK your own meat in a cart, and they cut it in front of you.
Damage: With wine for 2: 150.00+Valet
Stinking Rose: (Don't eat RABBIT) its NOT good. Taste like rubber chicken.
Choice #2: IF you are over 21, take her to the W. bonneventure. They have a bar that spins 360 arounf downtown.
Damage: 150.00-200.00 w/ Wine. +32.00 for parking

DelMonico's in BEv Hillls - Moderately 'upscale' seafood (& other ) restaurant; they have nearly-enclosed booths that are very intimate & real quality dishes. Probably $15-$25 entrees and $8 salads, $6 deserts, etc. Apparently frequented by 'business' folks since it's near Fox studios. Get Reservations for weekends, request booth.
