yeap.. its a month ago. I wish i shouldn't be too kind to people...
I got cheated from people on boards like this through transaction. You can't trust people anymore. I got jipped a long time ago for takata harness I paid $600 for them and never got anything back. This is a person I knew from the boards kicked it with any everything. After 2 years of bugging him at work calling and everything. I still have not got my money back. Now next thing I know he moved and I can't even find him anymore.

Damn , that sucks Yanto.... I agree with Webstore. You are too old to risk getting arrested over Money. Just call your City DA, and make a formal complaint about this guy. After a few weeks, if your reason is good enough the DA will track him down and file charges against him. to the safest way!

Update: Got a hold of him, he claimed that to refund my money takes a while, ETA is not known. He has been postponing the matter for weeks now, waiting for the refund.
He also claimed that he had called his vendor for a refund, but i doubt it. He said that, "when I call for refund. they have to call seibon for refund.and money has to be released from seibon first, and then goes to my vendor, then comes to me. sound easy. but take a while."

Hey guys, are there any faster way than through the DA? how about small claims court?? It took 4 weeks to get a response from the DA...

Any lawyers here that can help me??

small claims you're not allowed a laywer. you have to represent yourself
the process is actually not that bad
just go get the paper work...fill it out...
you have to send him a copy of the court order but u can pay a fee and have them get the cops to do it
if you end up winning in small claims..he'll have to pay for all of the court fees so dont worry about the costs

if u go that route...their gonna ask u on ur court day if u want to mediate. i suggest not to do that. cuz that gives the other guy the opportunity to jip u of some money. just have the judge listen to ur case

and remember...bring EVERYTHING. anything and everything that can help ur case. ur check copy. maybe ur fone bill to prove that u've been trying to and have gotten in contact w/ him. any receipts. any pm's or copies of threads and wut not. nothing is too little or not important to bring to court

GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks for the advice chic...

Another update: finally i got the whole picture. He never really ordered the part for me, all of the bs he told me, are in fact BSs... So i'm gonna take action. File a DA paperwork wheni get back to LA. Called the Poopoo...

*called the LAPD headquarter and she said, this is probably a civil matter, you have to go to court for that. i'm gonna try the westwood branch LAPD when i get back as well...

I'm going to get my money no matter what it takes...
