Need some advice
I paid this guy $xxx amount of money, didnt get anything and he cannot be contacted anymore.
I got a copy of the check that i gave him, i got his home address. i got his cellphone# (which is useless now).
What are my options?
Update: Got a hold of him, he claimed that to refund my money takes a while, ETA is not known. He has been postponing the matter for weeks now, waiting for the refund.
I'm sick and tired of his bulls@#t.

dude, i bought lots of stuff from him before... its someone from other forum. I met with him a few times, he seems to be a nice person. I thought i can trust him.
