Actually, my car has never had a garage to call home. At my parent's house my dad's cars take up the garage, and at my apartment we just had assigned spots. So, at least a gated apartment is better than street parking at my parent's.
First month rent isn't a big deal, and deposit isn't SO bad... I just don't want a long-term lease where I'm paying upward of $1000 a month.
Anyone know of anything? Best I've come up with is some pool houses in the area for ~$800 a month, but both of them went to other people.
