Need Opinion on fuel management for Vortech SC
I'm having a problem with choosing either a vafc2, Greddy emanage, or nothing. AEM is outta of the question for me as the cost is too high for my budget right now. I've read many posts about Vortech running lean outta of the box. I've just finished installing my Vortech Sat. , and is still breaking it in and have not hit Vtec. The many posts i've read about Apexi VAFC2 and Greddy's Emanage is confusing me more than helping. The pros and cons have too many conflicting points. I don't want to spend allot of money, nor do i want to cause any damage to my motor.
I have a Comptech Exhaust, stock headers and Ngk Iridium Plugs 1 heat range colder than stock. I have not experienced any problems yet. And want to know from other Vortech S2k's what would be recommended. Since i am not going to run bigger injectors would i even need a fuel management.
i know allot of the So cal guys/gals have Vortech, so i figured this will be the best place to ask .
thanks all

sideways has the aem ems, I have a greddy emanage, They are both good, but the aem ems you can do alot more with it tuning wise.
SO it goes
1. Aem Ems
2. Greddy Emanage
3. Apex Vafc

just found out about some place called Church Automotive. im gonna head down there Sunday to dyno and see if i am running lean. I talked to Shawn who said he might be able to tune the FPR first, before i go the route of a fuel management. since it is costly. So i'll see what route i want to go after i find out sun.
thanks for the input.
hope to see you guys around
