I need to program my remote too...
When I bought the car it came iwth a brand new unprogrammed remote, Honda refuses to program it - because I bought the car used. It's a $100 charge.
I'd like to know how to do this on my own too...

try this...
while inside your car(doors closed), put the key into #1 position and then to #2 position(where all the lights blink) and listen to a faint "tick" sound. (You'll hear it 1-2 seconds after you put the key in the number 2 position) Once you hear that sound, press the unlock button on your remote once.
After you pressed the unlock button, put the key back to the #1 position and put it back again to the number two position within 1 second and wait for the "tick" sound again and press the unlock button again. Repeat three more times and you should be able to hear your door actuators try to unlock and once you hear that press the unlock buttons on the other remote you have and voila! It should work.
Hope this helps! Save you $100! By the way this works for most Honda cars.
