Default Need help: Fluttering idle

pulled a code from my check engine light said it was p1519, IAC valve.

And before everyone tells me to search... i already did. what i found was that people removed and cleaned the valve and it worked.. Now after doing that i so far havent had any luck, the car is more responsive but the idle still flutters at around 1700-1850 RPMs when i let off the peddle, while driving and in gear, the car will jerk. i have also cleaned the throttle body pretty thoroughly, and the map sensor as well.

Suggestions?

Throttle position sensor? I had mine go out on my S last year, and it required replacing the entire throttle body. Luckily, the throttle body is considered an emissions part and is covered by law for 7 years or 70k miles on the s2000
