Default need help figuring out how to find Rental property

My family needs to find a rental house in the city of SOuth Pasadena.

My wife will be working at USC and I'll be commuting to Torrance so access to 110 is necessary.

We prefer a house with a yard and carpeting (baby learning to crawl) and allowing our well trained dog is a must.

If you know of such a place, or how I can go about finding such please let me know. Craig's list is not so big on this, so I need other sources.

Move in would be June 1st.

Trojan in the house. Go to realtor.com It ask you about "buying a house"
but just punch in the area code and set the price to max, and it will give you rental homes and properties

Good luck. If you were in irvine, I would lend you my place.

I would probably kill you talking MD to DC conversations, but we can make peace at the LCD

Good luck

Thanks BC.

THere won't be any DC MD arguements here. I just don't care enough to debate it, plus I know both have their places and reasons.

My wife is a Bruin who is becoming a Trojan...If she works at USC long enough then the free tuition will make us a bunch of little bruins

There is a nice area in Irvine, it is called Shaddy Caynon and the cost of entry is only $3 mil and up.
