Default Need help with CEL

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...&f=22&t=780971
CEL
22 VTEC SOLENOID VALVE
71 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
74 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected

AP1, 120k miles.
I add 1 qt oil in my engine yesterday and drove 10 mile without problem (1 drive cycle)
dip stick reads 5x at 3 bars engine temp
The second time I starter the car, after 10 seconds, got the CEL,

Also got

ABS
12

EPS
23 A problem with the circuit for engine speed signal

These 2 seems not related as I just did something on the front brake, the grease may affect the circuit.

My car burn quite a lot oil, 1.0~1.2 qt per 1000miles for the pass 3months
car also idle rough 2,3days before the CEL
jumping around from 700~800rpm
Can I still drive the car without damage anything?
Will adding the oil cause the problem?
What should I check for the problem?

Sorry posting in here. to I guess I have better response here

Oil burning amount isn't unreasonable for starters.

..... misfire could be a lot of different reasons. Last plug change? Did you have a look at your plugs? Take a pic of them and post it if you could.

I would know LOTS more by a good close pic of them.
