Are you kidding me, Am i the only one that thinks everyone at 2 lanes over hype themselves. Ive worked at a couple of two lanes and it was alot easier then a dining room store. I opened the Reno store talk about 8,000 day burger sales.
Double drives are for milti taskers.. there is a lot of 2 or 3 man jamming. cooks usually take their own orders.
i used to cook, take orders and sometimes work my own board. when i would close.. id send my lower levels to clean up the back room while i worked the stand myself. it was a slower store tho. running a shift in a 2 lane means your working also
i loved dining room stores when running shifts cause i would walk around with a clip board and that was it.

am i the only one in SoCal who thinks In N out tastes like isht?
Mom's in Compton, Nick's in Montebello, Yanaki's, Art's Art of Burger, Master's Burger, The Stand, Hawkin's, Big Mike's, B&R, etc.
beyond the fries, there's nothing edible @ in - n - out .

As a company, In-n-Out is loved by their employees, respected by their peers and feared by their competitor, not to mention widely supported by their loyal customers.
How many company can say that?
How many of us work for a company that would pay you 20%+ more than their competitors for the same work, and still stay profitable?

Hahaha, it isnt a bad company to work for at all. though im with a great store with an awesome manager and amazing coworkers (most of them) it makes the job fun and easy. Just wish it paid more.
