the average store manager(1st manager) makes 130k a year. it changes from store to store depending on what your store produces and if you hit your goals and beat the stores numbers from last year. every store is constantly ranked against others in its region and throughout all the stores.

there are other positions that pay higher then store managers. regionals get paid a ton as well as DMs. the QFC which is the quality control gets paid a lot depending on their region. its a bitchen company. they take care of their associates.

is it true that if u call the 800 number and complain that your meat was over/under cooked they send you gift certificates? i heard this rumor 10 yrs ago and always wanted to try and score some free burgers
its true partially.. but dont do it.. your going to cost some poor 4th or 3rd a bonus check over a measily 5 dollar meal.

if you really didnt have a bad experience, then dont take advantage of a company that does their best to take care of the customer. if everyone did crap like that.. in n out wouldnt be able to pay their people as well since theyd be giving free food all the time.

OK, InO employees. Is it true?
I've been getting a few text on this already. If it is true, Is there a limit to how many can be sold to a customer at one time?

theyre the ones that taste best!!!

they come from real potatoes.. the whole potatoe is diced at once. since the patatoe is not a square, your going to get the smaller ends.

your not getting jipped... your getting about half of a potatoe

in the other thread reguarding the oct 22nd anni. it is FALSE.

anyways for those who are interested..

level 1 is pretty much counter hand out $
level 2 is order taking
level 3 is headset
level 4 french frys
level 5 broad person
level 6 cook
level 7 assist. manager
level 8 part time fouth (lowest manager)
4th manager
3rd manager
2nd manager
1st manager
District manager
Regional manager

then they have countless other jobs that well. i rather not spend all day to list out everything.

for each level you move up you get a paid increase. starting i believe is $10.50.
so how many experience points does one need to get to say...level 6?

sorry if my rpg related humor doesn't work, but its the first thing i thought of when i read all this talk of levels. i'll now go back into my cave and fire up some final fantasy and gawk at the computer rendered hotties

hahaha i made an RPG reference earlier.

but to seriously answer the question.. you move up as you "master" each level. some people take longer than others some move up very fast.
