it is like a video game. when you get good enough(exp.) they move you up, after you go through all the levels you should have a basic understanding on how the store operations work and what needs to be done and how they should be done.
if you want, they will train you how to run the shifts and other manager type duties and if you choose to follow up INo has a training center/school (INOU) that you can go to, to become a manager.
imho, any ino manager makes a decent hourly wage and even better after you account for bonuses a store manager makes great money and you cant even phatom what a DM or RM makes or even a QFC guy.

a level 8 which iis as high as you can go without being a "manager" makes a little shy of 15 bucks an hour and still gets part of the bonus, which im told is a nice chunk of change and especially when the store is doing well.
