hahaha, anyone who works or worked for the company can join

but i think staying as order hand out would suck. i enjoy cooking i think its fun. (usually)

also the pay increase is nice but i wish the company had another store wide raise.

i dont know how some of you guys do it tho. im a level 6 just about to turn level 7 and really need to start making more money. it just isnt enough !

oh and for the question about manager pay... they get paid a lot. im sure most people would be shocked at the amount.

is it true that if u call the 800 number and complain that your meat was over/under cooked they send you gift certificates? i heard this rumor 10 yrs ago and always wanted to try and score some free burgers

Yep its true you'd just tell them which in n out was it that you had this experience and they'll apologize by sending you a certificate for a free combo dunno if they need a receipt for proof. I did it once cause they didn't give me my extra tomatoes on my burger.

Dont u just get employeed like McDonalds and then u get promoted to manager or something?
