I too used to work for In n Out. I worked for the company for five years and was a level 6 at store 68 and worked at almost every store in south of Vista and also in Sunnyvale store #130. Great High School/College job due to the very flexible schedule, cute females (customers and employees), car meets, and decent pay. Definitely taught me how to work hard. BTW totally off topic but I think I witnessed at least 10 guys get fired from In n out due to sexual harassment.
