Yes the car is much lower than invoice.

I know that is the 06/07 model i'm talkin about but when he lease his brand new 03 model back in 2003, i'm assuming it should be the same. But if his monthly is less than that then good for him.
I have an 06 with the 3 year lease. I pay $320.month.

Yup, this is the deal I got! So, plus tax it was $320/month.
