Long story short I paid $50 for a little touch up paint and residue from their sloppy work which I had to remove. I talked to Mark and he offered a discount for future services, but if I don't go back to them I get nada. I have been trying to get a hold of Jeff, but I get the impression he does not want to talk to me. Live and learn.

Long Story:

I go to have a small ding and some chips fixed. They can't fix the ding because the door handle is blocking it, so okay no problem. I want the rock chips fixed on my hood and passenger door. Whatever they used to wipe off excess paint on my hood would not wipe off my car. I did not notice the white residue till I got home. I tried water, instant detailer, isopropyl alcohol mixed with water and got nothing. I got alarmed and busted out my PC and rubbing compound. After some elbow grease I got it all out and rewaxed my car. I don't think a little touch paint poorly applied is worth $50. They may do a good job on dings, but if they jack your car, don't expect honorable compesation.
