the folk village is someplace to check out. It's like a little village where the people there all dress and do things like they did hundred of years ago.

I haven't been to Korea since 2003... lots of things should be changed...
How about the South Gate in Seoul??? They've got some crazy outdoor(?) type shopping place where you can get A+++ grade knock offs.
Have fun in Korea and make sure take lots and lots of pix!

I second this recommendation, this place is nice to see on your first visit. The folk village also had a cheesy haunted house but worth trying, when I went it was $2 for admission and while walking thru you have the owner chase after you with his foam bat hitting you to scare you.
can you fight back?

I do like that stuff!!!!!!
Wow and im loving my hotel room. Its got a whirlpool bath for 2.. A kick@$$ stand up shower layout. Pretty impressed.
only thing that bothers me is when I walk out I need my key card to get back in, and the key card is what is used to activate all electricity inside. So when I pull it out and leave... my laptop has to survive on battery while im gone at work all day. Suxx.... I think i'll ask for another keycard and then leave that one in the next few weeks while im here. Then I'll just be courteous to not waste any other electricity other then my laptop.

I just came back from a trip to S Korea. I couldn't believe the amount of smog/pollution, and how run-down that country looks. No offense to Koreans, but I wanted out of there as quickly as possible.
