1. He moves in to the house next door and builds a wall but half of that wall is on my property.
Sorry to hear about this nasty neighbor, what you can do is document everything with date & time that it occured wit details. If something were to happen, you have a time stamp of all events.
Also, to really get back at this guy -- you can call the city to verify to what degree the wall that he put up (the estimated half being on your side) is on your property. Then tell the city that your neighbor built this without your consent and complain, they will send a city inspector and write up your neighbor. Particularly, if he built it without a permit he has to tear the entire wall down -- basically leaving him feeling screwed that he wasted his money on this wall.
Check your city to determine what the wall city codes are for your residence.
Good Luck.

THANKS guys!

Mugen.. that sounds reallly good. give me the 411!
There are a few different options. One of our best cameras is the DCS-6620 (which also comes in a wireless version, DCS-6620G) This can pan 270 degrees, tilt 90 degrees, and has 10x optical zoom. The other camera I would recommend would be used primarilly for night use and is the DCS-3420. This is a fixed mount camera.

All the software is included with every camera. You can connect them to your network using a standard router which you might already have. The only other thing you may look at purchasing is a storage device. It just depends how much you want to record, at what frame rate, and what resolution. Also, how much storage you need would depend on how long you want to wait before purging the stored files, (ie: every night, week, month).

If you would like we can talk more at Spugen. There are many options and it is very easy to over spend or pay for features you would never utilize.

Here are links for recommended cameras.

so i just talked to my mom...

my parents were outside talking to his wife because my parents and the wife are sick of this. as they are talking, the husband [my ass of a neighbor] comes speeeding to his house. my parents see him coming and at this point want to avoid any confrontation with him so tell his wife "okay we'll talk to you later" and they walk back to my house.

the guy gets out of his car comes to my house infront of our garage and starts attacking my dad. he even tells him "i'm going to kill you" and then tells MY MOM "i'm going to **** up your mother" [<<HOW OLD IS HE! WOW DID HE REALLY SAY THAT]. meanwhile he's trying to attack my dad, but his wife comes over and is trying to stop him. he also called the cops before he started attacking my dad and so the cops came AS HE WAS TRYING TO ATTACK MY DAD.

and the cops have the nerve to ask, "are you sure you want to press charges?" DUH. of course the guy ends up telling the cops that my parents were threatening his wife!!!!!!

uggggggggggh
