Anyway, to keep it on topic, my parents have a neighbor like him...but just not as bad. sucks...but i would do like what the others said and get a camera because you just never know how psycho this guy is.

we have a camera up right now, which was one of the things he was complaining about last night. but the camera is b/w, isn't working when we try recording, and just sucks overall.
i'm just reminding myself that karma will hit him back ten fold.
