Stu you sound like you are just too lazy to work out. You don't have a big frame so if you exercise well, you can probably lose weight. On the other hand, you sound lazy like me.

i dropped 40 pounds over last summer... cut most of the carbs but now eat almost what ever i want. like the other suggestions... i eat throughout the day to keep my metabolism high and i work out 4-6 days a week, just an hour run. my buddy eats whatever junk he wants whenever he wants he just works out regularly. living here in japan kinda clears things up a bit too... the japanese eat a lot of rice but they everything they eat rice with is pretty much healthy and not many of them are big. try and cut the junk food if there is any, like the chips and junk. oh and if your crazy like me count the calories and try and keep it below 1800 a day. my sister says i have FKS (Fat Kid Syndrome) thats why i watch what i eat now... good luck, oh yeah and take the stairs if there around,screw the elevator and the escalator.
