Brown rice kekoa!

High in fiber, complex carbs, and wholegrain.

I hear ya. the only thing I can think of is to finish the meat & vegetables first, so when you finally get to eat the rice, you're already kinda full (or at least more so than if you ate the rice continuously throughout your meal)

don't eat korean food. lol.

if you can't do that, you know ssam? get fresh lettuce, use ssam jang + gogi and it's .. ehh ... never mind, it was worth a shot.

it's impossible to eat korean food without rice. like the dude up there said, you could try brown rice, or the purple rice that korean people make is a bit healthier than white rice. if you don't like beans/peas, then you could add that to your rice to disgust you while you stare at all the non-rice particles in your rice. my mom used to do that to get us to eat more of the ban-chan, cause she knows i hate pinto beans and green peas and lentils and ecchckckklasdjfja.

healthy never tastes good huh? i eat rice every time i eat korean food too, but i only weigh 125 pounds. can't gain weight for shizzzzz ...

just smoke cigarettes every time youre hungry. that seems to do the trick ^_^
