Lemon law was way better than trading in. I got back all payments and even my registration fees. Just had to pay a mileage factor but ended up getting back nearly everything I spent. Norman Taylor wrote the letter to Nissan and ended up only charging me $300 as Nissan payed the majority of my lawyer fees (it was supposed to be 700 or 800 for the letter). This was after 4 motor that consumed about 2 quarts of oil every 2000 miles!

Sounds like electrical problems, but you will need to give them more than 1 chance to fix the car. The law is you have to give them 3 chances to fix the problem. That's the law... So you may as well start by taking it the dealer ASAP rather than rushing to retain counsel.

It turned out to be a fuel pump sensor!
