Mugen top questions
I am looking to get the Mugen Top for my 03 and I wondered if those of you with a Mugen top are happy with the top.
Was the fit as good as the claim?,are you happy you installed the top?, and did you complety remove the rag top or just mount the hard top over it.
How long was the wait to get the top, King Motorsport says it will be at least 45 days to recieve mine.
Thanks for the input.

I was very happy with mine very; sad that I had to sell it. Only complaint I had was having to re-drill the holes for the weather stripping tabs.
45 days is pretty damn good. I waited almost 7 months But got a phenomenal price on it.
I miss it

I have an OEM, but no regrets (I have also helped install a couple CF Mugen tops and fitment was excellent ) I will be gutting my soft top and selling it. I know others that have and I dont think any of them regret it. I would have bought a coupe if Honda had offered one and have never really put the top down while I had the car (maybe 6 times in two yrs ) so for me selling the soft top is not a big deal.
I would not gut the soft top if you are considering selling the car anytime soon or if you alway's drive top down. While the HT is easy to remove, not being able to secure the car could be an issue depending on where you go
