The real mugen setup, produces only a good 4-6 HP and smooths out the powerband/curve. Setup includes: Exh, CAI, Headers, Thermostat, Rad. cap. (Correct me if I am missing)

Now assuming that this CAi produces 4HP. 4HP for 400.00. You're paying 100 for 1HP. I'll shoot for the AEMv2, 50.00 Per HP, or the JR filter 4HP for 40.00, 10 Per HP.

You do the math Mr. Quest.

I think the only way for our car to put out the most power for our buck is the superchargers or FI

Light weight, Mugen ECU, Mugen T.S. (lower the temp) New Gears, and a tad of racing gas for the ECU, and you're game. AN old member, PROLENE, had that setup with Spoon wheels, and he was kicking butt on the road.

It looks nice...I like the J's Racing CF intake better, too bad they didn't make a copy of that one. Either way, it'd be mostly for looks, but it does look nice. At least it saves a lil weight (additional justification?)...I wouldn't mind it if I had money, but I'm gonna try to jerry-rig an intake I took off my other car to see if it'll fit.

BC, stop giving advice on mods that you've never had. All you have is an oem front lip.

You wont feel much difference between the two. I compared both when I had both a year or so ago. I had a thread somewhere about it. I ended up keeping the Mugen because at the time there was no shorter Js snorkel for the SS bumper. You cant go wrong with either one.
