If you dont know about the LA area, you should definetly work near the airport if your working there. You really dont want to commute on the 405 cause its usually pretty bad. Try to live close to there cause traffic is a headache and stressful at times.

Good thing that part of PCH direction LAX usually isnt that crowded with traffic as far as my experience goes...
