I think its just a big misunderstanding between the two parties obviously each side has their own story......let's not make this a nsxprime vs s2ki thing......or all nsx owners are blank....and all s2k owners are blank.....

nsx owners and s2k owners get along very well and let's keep it that way.

just squash it and put it behind you.....I know s2ki has quite a few not so highly regarded owners on here, but that doesn't mean everyone else should be grouped in....same thing with any car forum that you are going to have a few bad apples that do not represent the whole group.

Anyway, thanks for the comments. I am trying to get a result from hospital by blood alcohol tests. To be friend with you, his act seems like some slander. Actually, this is the written defamation so libel could be right word.
I know this kind of dispute is quite fruitless to both of us. And I really don't have any purposes to make things bigger.

But I want to make these few things gonna be figured out.

1. I wonder why he put my license plate number on the open space without permission no matter who made a false at first in this case. Nothing can justify his act no matter how make an abject apology.

2. I wonder why he reported to LAPD as a drunken driver without any proof. I know LAPD doesn't care about this point because I didn't drink at all. Blood test result will go to tell the truth of this case.

3. I wonder why he deride my English and my girlfriend. Okay. You might be fluent in English but you don't have any rights to deride me by making favorable story to you. Like I said above, we doesn't have any problem to communicate with you in normal English.(Probably I can not understand some slang and ebonics)

I am pretty serious because I am not a kid. That's why I do not act like he did.

Even though this is the online, I really ask to him to keep a manner at least.

Blood test won't tell anything, alcohol passes way too quickly through your system to use it as a reliable indication of when/if you were intoxicated.

That being said, the NSX owner is a douchebag for purposely misreporting someone as a drunk driver. And he's also throwing out some racist remarks which is pretty lame.

That being said, the whole thing is stupid and not worthy of using up any bandwidth.

"With some urine alcohol tests, alcohol can be detected up to around 48 hours after a person has ingested alcohol. With the EtG Urine Alcohol Test, however the presence of EtG in the urine demonstrates that ethanol alcohol was ingested within the past 3 or 4 days, or roughly 80 hours after the ethanol alcohol has been metabolized by the body."

I need this.

For what? Who are you trying to prove anything to? Unless there's a criminal investigation or prosecution then there's absolutely no reason to do this, other than to try to make the other guy look like a jack-ass. But he's already done that himself, so why bother?

I don't think anyone believes that you were 'drunk-driving' and based off the language used in his post, he seems to hint that he submitted it as a false report to try to get you in trouble if possible. I don't think anyone takes it seriously, and I'm pretty sure the police won't either.

I agree with those who say lets leave this behind and move on, no big deal. Until i reread the the part where the NSX member is a asshole for calling LAPD reporting drunk driver. That very uncessary and childish of him, especially a owner of a classic car. Im sure he not some 20 yr old kid, nsx owner tend to be 30+ should know better

From the grammar and sentence structure in the OP, guessing the poster is ESL.

Why not simply throw down face to face when it happened, posting after the fact is lame. I am a family man and I have no problem with taking care of the problem on the spot. Anybody can be brave behind a keyboard.
