Mechanic in the South Bay Area?
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows of a good mechanic in this general area. I know of the shops that sponser this site, but they are a bit farther then I'd like to travel. I live in Inglewood, work in Torrance and would love to just be able to drop my car off before work and pick it up afterwards. I was looking to get a valve adjustment and later down the line need to get my clutch done. Anyone have a good mechanic that has worked on S's? I tried busting a search for south bay mechanic to no avail. Thanks for any suggestions!

Signal auto is pretty good. Just sometimes i think it's a little pricey, but the mechanic, Shu, has an s2000 and knows what he's doing. Probably the only place in South Bay i would trust with my s2000

i like use marco at song's alignment, he's very reasonable and a few s2000 owners go there to do service and alignment.

i'm booked for next 4 weeks... gotta install congo's Sc, edirtyne's hondata intake gasket, work on my rear drum and swap out LS and install K20 in DC2.
That sucks to hear about Shu not working at Signal anymore. Is Signal exponentially more expensive then other places? More so then dealers even? Signal is pretty close to my work so that would have been perfect.
Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Anyone know what a valve adjustment should run? Called a dealer and signal and both are around 200. Is this normal? Just want to see what I should be paying..
