yeah freaking people and their silly games. I heard a story where some japanese guy killed his roomate or something for trading some super duper uber sword on one of these games to another player.

but in that case, it was a real life murder. in this case, all she did was logged onto his character and got him killed. He gave her the pw and stuff so what's the big deal?

A friend also told me of kids commiting suicide once their Tamagochi toys died. So sad to see how people get so involved in these things.
