From all accounts the biker ran the light and was travelling well in excess of the speed limit. Gives the rest of us a bad name and it really sucks for the people he hit that are definately emotionally disturbed I'm sure. I've seen a pedestrian get hit and kill by a guy going about 55mph before and then get run over by other cars afterward and it was not pretty. All I could do was run to the guy and then stand in the middle of the street waving cars around so no one else would run him over. Definately call the police and offer your witness testimony if you didn't give it to them at the scene.

during christmas time i came off the freeway exit by my house really late at about 4 am when i got off work (retail sucks) anyways i stopped, looked left and saw a big object in the road and it took me a minuts to relize it was a car that had come off the freeway and was upside down. I hauled ass over there and called 911. Keep in the mind the car is upside down and i stop facing the passenger side of the car. the dispatcher asked if anyone was inside the car and alive and i yelled if anyone was in there cause i could not see anything, i then walked around to the drivers side and saw the door open and some ladys arm hanging out. i forze and told the dispatcher i think theres only one person inside but shes not moving so i waited about 5 min for the cops to come. the guy walked over and looked in with his flashlight and said she was dead. I felt relly bad cause there were kids toys scattered all over the road along with her purse and some other things. every day i get off work i hesitate to look over cuase i think im gonna see anothr car laying in the middle of the street, fortunatly i dont and go on my way. Itsa tramatic experiece to find or witness something like that.

Damn, so sorry you had to witness such a thing. I, too, pass through that intersection almost daily.
