eeh, being a waif is not good. was actually just thinking of how snug a certain pair of slacks were the morning since i started running. thought its supposed to make you lose weight. instead, it made my a$$ grow along with leg muscle. just when you thought it was safe to stop buying clothes...

its not good to starve, and also not healthy to gorge.. an oreo cake sounds meh? but a double oreo shake.. ooh yes.. bring that to momma.. mmmh mmmh mmhh.

*can't do it, it hurts. i eat it too fast, and end up with brainfreeze/tummy ache* shakes gotta be ultra thick, eg, when u turn it upside down, nothing moves..

A little starvation when properly done, can help to cleanse your system!

I need to up the amount of running I do, I'm not in bad shape as far as strength really but I get outa breath easy and my heart rate recovers much too slow from exercise.
