Default lost my cell phone...

I think i dropped my mda on the freeway last night while riding my bike. Either that or the phone is stolen. Regardless, I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Anyone know if t-mobile will simply replace it or will I have to pay. I've heard some different stories from the reps.

Just curious.

i think its the same with every company. You gota go make a police report, pay $50 for them (Insurance company) to send you another phone

you should just be able to pay your deductible and they send you a new phone

Of course, make sure it is the SAME PHONE OR EQUIVALENT.

Ive lost 10's of phones with Tmobile alone.

1st - Call them so they suspend ur service, theyll prorate ur plan this month.
2nd - Go to ur nearest police station to where the phone was lost! Or nearest you, but tell them you have NO idea where u misplaced it then. I got sent from downtown to hollywood once because of that. GRR.
3rd - Get a form faxed/emailed to you from Asurion I believe and fax it back with ur police report.
4th - Pay for ur deductible ($75-110 depending on phone model)
5th - Wait and in a few days you should have your phone. They 2day ship or some shit like that.
