Default Lost all brakes in the canyons today

Big thanks to Randizle, Superfly (for bringing me a new willwood brake line) Greg and Brian at Partshelper for getting the brake lines on easter sunday. Thanks to lollollol for sticking around a bit. Thanks Randy & Lee, I owe you guys one.

big thanks guys

Story: I was in the malibu canyons in about 3rd gear going into a turn, I hit the brakes and heard a loud POP, then lost all brakes. I went around the turn, pulled over and seen brake fluid all over.

The brake line had slipped from it's holder and was rubbing on the wheel, eventually gave out under hard braking.

I drove the car down to calabassas to a parking lot. That's where I changed the brake line, and bleed the brakes.

After i fixed the line, Superfly, Randizzle and I went on our canyon run.

Moral of the story, Don't late brake into turns in the canyons, there are no run offs, only cliffs and mountains.

Pix or ban?

Here's the line, Relax I cut it in half in an attempt to seal the line.

Here's the great spot I that I knew of to fix the car. Figured nobody would be there on easter sunday. It was a parking space under a restaurant I visited once.
