i got two of these tickets in westwood in a span of 3 days!
Such b.s.
Put on the plate, got a cop to sign it off, then drove to the office in Los Angeles and paid $10 for each ticket.
waste of 3 hours.

I've had the same happen to me as well. Parked on the street in downtown. Came back to my car and saw a ticket on the windshield. At first I was livid because I know I double checked to make sure that it was legal to park there. And then I saw it was a no front plate ticket. Doh! Can't really get pissed about that one. I just paid the fine.

Westwood cops/city parking enforcers are notorious for doing this. One time they actually chased my buddy in their little right hand drive go-kart to give him a ticket
