Anyone know of any good deals on a studio? OC/LA area, preferably in a nice/safe area with shaded parking spots.

 

Providing a few cities of your choice would help. OC/LA areas are just too big for anyone to provide suggestion.

 

I used to live in a place in La Habra that was decent. A 2bed, 2 bath was only 1200. Get yourself a roommate...and you've got a "deal" going on my friend.

1 bedrooms were probably in the 900s. Not studios though.
