This is also good if you have rental properties. If tenant calls in, you call in AHS and for 60.00 they take care of it with in 3 days. Property managament does not like this b/c they have their own people, but saves alot. Prop. Management charges are crazy...

I have AHS also since I'm still in the first year of the home purchase. I did a claim already to fix something in the A/C and had them duct tape a hose (I could have done the duct tape but since they were up in the attic, why bother).
