Default Long Term Storage

Hey guys and gals,

I might be leaving the area for school and won't be taking the S with me. Is there anything I should do to the car for storage other than unplugging the battery, for say up to 6 months at a time. I've never left a car unattended for this long, is it bad for the car?

thanks for the help,

Joe

Look at your owner manual. It say if possible put the car on jack stand if not deplete some air to prevent flat spot. Run the engine till warm and change the oil and filter, unplug battery or place a battery tender. Also to leave the gas tank empty, since over time gasoline turn into gel and collage fuel lines.
